3. Order and payment
Any order placed on thenoblecrown.com implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
The ordering process includes the following steps:
- Adding products to the cart,
- Validation of the basket,
- Choice of payment method (Bank card or PayPal),
- Confirmation of order and payment.
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via PayPal.
Thenoblecrown.com does not accept installment payments.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made only within mainland France. Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the order.
Products are sent via La Poste . Delivery times are generally 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery method chosen.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the products are returned, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Personalized or modified products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
6. Guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
